Sage Marshall is a lens-based artist from Newbury Park, California with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art: Photography, Video, and Imaging from the University of Arizona. Using photography, video, and installations, Sage’s work follows personal themes with research practices. Exploring connection to place, trauma, the body, and family relationships using self portraiture, archives, traditional and experimental photographic practices to create her series. Sage has shown in the Joseph Gross Gallery, Todd Walker Gallery, Lionel Rombach Gallery, and the Wave Archive and has been a participant in the Arts Research + Resilience Grant for ground/water ii from the University of Arizona.
